• Are The Leads Exclusive to My Solar Company?

Yes, all solar leads delivered are exclusive, meaning we never show your leads to anyone else. But, of course, if the homeowner is seriously looking to buy solar, we can’t stop them from contacting other companies outside of our process. But we never “share” qualified solar leads.

• How Do I Tell You My Territory for Getting Qualified Solar Leads?

Tell us your target geographical area or solar territory using cities, a radius around those cities, "35 miles around Springfield", and if necessary, a list of cities to avoid. You can even tell us to target a whole state or multiple states.

• How And When Do I Pay? What Are the Payment Options?

Our Pay-per-Lead verified solar leads are billed at an agreed-upon price after they are delivered to you. We do not require any upfront payments of any kind. The agreed cost of delivered leads will be invoiced on the day they are delivered. So, for example, if you get four qualified solar leads on a particular day, you will receive an invoice for the cost of those four leads at the end of the day. These invoices must be paid automatically through online ACH bank transfers.

You do have an option to partially prepay for 50% of the cost of your solar leads. This prepay is an option because, with it, we can accelerate the growth in the daily flow of leads by increasing adspend at the beginning. If you choose to prepay, we will bill you for the remaining half of the lead price on the day of lead delivery.

• Where Do These Solar Leads Come From?

We run various social media solar ad campaigns, including Facebook, Google, and other online venues, as well as our on solar informational platforms. As a result, less than 10% of our qualified solar leads arrive after midnight. It is common practice to wait until the following day before calling for after-midnight leads.

• What If I Need to Pause My Campaign?

Pausing a social media ad campaign should be avoided as the platform’s AI will need to be retrained, which takes time and is costly. • What If I Need to Cancel My Campaign?

• Are These Homeowner Solar Leads Checked Against the DNC List?

We do not check these solar leads against the Federal Do-Not-Call list because we ask the homeowner for permission to call on the solar qualifying lead form and in the SMS verification check. However, feel free to run these against the DNC list before calling them.

• How Many Qualified Solar Leads Per Day Will I Get? Can I Pay More for Faster Growth?

For most new solar lead generation campaigns, 1 to 4 leads per day is normal (both qualified and unqualified solar leads). • What If My Calls Go to Voicemail?

These qualified solar leads are delivered as soon as they respond to the SMS. So, our final text to these homeowners is that they should expect a call shortly. The only situation where we have seen the direct-to-VM phenomenon instead of a person answering was when the verified lead was not called immediately.
